We aim to ship within 1-5 business days on all products that we have in stock so you can Wear, Play and Explore as soon as possible. All our domestic orders ship via Australia Post. Express post is optional at checkout.
Shipping costs
• Selecting your preferred shipping method is like selecting the right horse: the cost and speed will vary depending on the service you choose. Select yours at time of checkout.
• Orders before 2pm (AEDT) Mon-Fri that choose Express Delivery will be dispatched via Australia Post Express on the next business day. Subject to Australia Post services.
We take care in packaging your products but are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please contact your postal service if loss or damage occurs. We will provide tracking information once posted if you’ve selected an option that includes tracking.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is free via a pre-arranged pickup time for Canberra, ACT and surrounding resident areas only.
If you’re lucky and live locally you can pick up your products so you can Wear Play and Explore straight away. Please contact us via the contact us link below to arrange a pickup time. You will need make you order and payment online.
International orders
Yes, you can Wear, Play and Explore too with TheBlackKookaburra.com! We are based in the land down under (Australia), so postage cost will have to be passed on. once you have selected you products you can select your preferred delivery method at the checkout.
All international orders will have the full value declared on customs forms. Please be aware of your country’s import duties, fees, GST, VAT taxes, and other charges that may be payable, some of these can be costly. These fees are not included in the price of the item if not indicated at time of checkout and are the customer’s responsibility. The Black Kookaburra is not responsible for these charges and we cannot give a refund for these fees.
