G’DAY This website is owned and operated in the Land Down Under by The Black Kookaburra and is for you to use to buy The Black Kookaburra’s awesome products on the condition that you agree to these Terms and Conditions of use. By using this website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) on the website.
Payment
Products will not be posted until payment for products and shipping has cleared. Please select your preferred payment method after browsing the products and finalizing your cart. Then prepare to Wear, Play or Explore—or all three.
Product Disclaimers
Colours are displayed as accurately as possible on the website; however, product colours may vary from what is displayed on your computer monitor. We try to keep all product information on The Black Kookaburra website accurate; however, we are human and sometimes errors occur. If you notice something, let us know and we will get right back on the horse and fix it as soon as possible. By jumping on this website, you indemnify The Black Kookaburra, and its employees against any loss, damage, cost or expense claimed as a result of or in connection with the use of the website, its material or products.

The Black Kookaburra is dedicated to providing quality products for your enjoyment. Our pledge is to provide you with products that you can Wear, Play and Explore with, that will bring enjoyment your way. We want you to love your Black Kookaburra products, but we know that things don't always turn out as expected, so we are here to help.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
If you have purchased an item from The Black Kookaburra and there is a problem with the item, you can return it to us (at your cost). We will then assess the returned item; The Black Kookaburra will offer a full refund or replacement if there is major fault. We may offer a replacement or repair the item if the problem is not major at our discretion.
When returning items, you must provide proof of purchase (e.g. The Black Kookaburra receipt, online Tax Invoice). Any refund will be provided via the same method of payment as the original purchase. Returns or exchange are not offered on seconds, as these are sold on an “as is” basis.
Returns Process
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 28 days of receiving the item via the contact us link blow.
Note: We do not cover the cost of return shipping or refund original shipping costs for return.
